Criminal Procedure – sentence of four years’ imprisonment in terms
of s 276(1)(i) of the Criminal Procedure Act 51 of 1977 for contravention of s
15(1) of the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment
Act 32 of 2007 and s 17(a) of the Domestic Violence Act 116 of 1998 taken
together – sentence not disturbingly inappropriate – no misdirection – appeal
